Any order placed before 10:30 a.m. using Chronopost or Colis Europe is shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders using DB Schenker are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Mode of transport

For mainland France, delivery is provided by Chronopost or DB Schenker depending on the weight of the order.

Metropolitan France and EU countries: delivery is free for orders over €200 up to 70 kg.

Below, delivery is billed based on weight and carried out by Chronopost.

For orders over 69.99 kg, we offer courier shipping via DB Schenker. A flat rate shipping fee of €75 excluding VAT will be charged.

      For overseas France, delivery is handled by UPS. All shipping costs are re-invoiced.

      Time limit

      From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it is delivered according to the timeframes indicated below (business days). All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

      Transporting your package

      Regardless of the shipping method chosen, you will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

      Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
      We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order.
      We cannot group several separate orders, in which case you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

      For deliveries to a post office, you have 14 days to collect your package.

      After this time, the package will be returned to us. If your order is eligible for a refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

      Preparing your order

      You have 15 days after the delivery date to return an item (excluding gift cards which are neither exchangeable nor refundable).

      For any return request, you must:

      1. Complete the following form by selecting "product return"
        RETURN FORM
      2. The person in charge of returns will contact you as soon as possible to tell you what to do next.

      This return will be made at your expense.

      Upon receipt, our logistics center will check the product's compliance status.
      If the latter is compliant (original packaging, in blister pack and unused), the refund request will be validated and carried out.


      Refund

      Refunds are issued within 15 days of receipt of your item(s) to the original payment method used for your purchase. For security reasons, we are not authorized to issue refunds to a different account or credit card than the one used for payment at the time of order.

      Any package sent outside of this procedure cannot be processed .
