Perm-a-line® Pigmented Eyebrow Cream

1. Brush your eyebrows to reveal sparse areas that need to be filled in and thus achieve perfect harmony.
2. Pick up a small amount of Perm-a-line® material using the brush applicator.
3. Use slightly slanted strokes to achieve fuller, more natural-looking eyebrows.
4. Then brush with a bottle brush to blend the material. For a more intense result, go over it a second time.
