- Brush your eyebrows to reveal sparse areas that need to be filled in and thus achieve perfect harmony.
- Pick up a small amount of Perm-A-Line® material using the brush applicator.
- Use slightly slanted strokes to achieve fuller, more natural-looking eyebrows.
- Then brush with a bottle brush to blend the material. For a more intense result, go over it a second time.
